Croci Spa
L’azienda nasce a Varese nel 1990 grazie
all’intuizione imprenditoriale dei fratelli Croci,
per poi affermarsi sul mercato Italiano ed
Internazionale con lo sviluppo di prodotti a
marchio proprio, sia nel settore acquariologia
(marchio Wave), che nel settore cinofilia (marchio
CaniAmici)
Grazie al costante investimento nella ricerca, alla
continua innovazione ed attenzione alle richieste
dei Clienti e del consumatore finale, CROCI s.p.a.
ha conquistato negli anni un ruolo di leader nel
mercato e ha raggiunto nel 2010 un importante
traguardo: la certificazione di qualità delle sue
attività di Progettazione, Sviluppo, Produzione e
Commercio di prodotti per animali da compagnia,
secondo la normativa ISO 9001:2008. Il 2010,
anno del 20° anniversario della fondazione, ha
rappresentato per l’azienda un anno importante
per altri due motivi:
CROCI s.p.a. ha acquisito la società tedesca Amtra,
azienda storica nel settore dell’acquariologia
con i prodotti per il trattamento delle acque ed
alimentazione. Tale alleanza è risultata importante
per unire i rispettivi Know-how, creando un gruppo
in grado di offrire una gamma prodotti che copre ogni
esigenza nell’ambito dell’acquariologia e del pet;

The company was founded in Varese in 1990
thanks to the entrepreneurial intuition of Croci
brothers.
The company later gained success in Italy and
abroad developing its own branded products for
aquariums, with Wave trademark, and for dogs
with the CaniAmici trademark.
By constantly investing in research, being
persistently innovative and listening to what
clients and end customers really want, over the
years Croci spa has become a market leader and
accomplished an important milestone in 2010:
quality certification for its design, development,
production and commerce of products for pets in
accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
The company celebrated its 20th anniversary in
2010, which was also an important year for two
other reasons:
CROCI spa acquired the German company, Amtra,
a renowned aquariology business that makes
water treatment products and feed. The alliance
was an important step as the companies merged
their knowledge and experience to create a
group offering a product range that covers every
requirement for aquatic animals and pets;

Das Unternehmen wurde im Jahr 1990 in Varese
von echten Entrepreneuren, den Brüdern Croci,
gegründet. Nach einem erfolgreichen Start
wurden im Laufe der Jahre eigene Produkte
entwickelt, es war die Geburststunde der Marken
WAVE (Aquaristik) und CaniAmici (Hund/Katze
Produkte).
Ständige Investitionen in Entwicklung, beharrliche
Innovationen und das Gespür für die Bedürfnisse
der Kunden und Endverbraucher hat Croci Spa
über die Jahre zum Marktführer in Italien werden
lassen, ergänzt durch einen wichtigen Meilenstein
in 2010: die Zertifizierung nach ISO 9001:2008
für Design, Entwicklung, Produktion und Handel
von Tierzubehör. Das Unternehmen feierte seinen
20. Geburtstag in 2010, ein wichtiges Jahr auch
aus 2 weiteren Gründen:
CROCI Spa fisionierte mit dem deutschen
Unternehmen amtra Aquaristik GmbH, ein
renommiertes Unternehmen im Bereich der
Aquaristik. Diese Fusion war ein sehr wichtiger
Schritt, da Wissen und Erfahrung beider
Unternehmen es möglich gemacht haben, mit
der neuen Gruppe ein einmalig komplettes
Heimtiersortiment anzubieten.
